- Sending money to friends and family. If you’re sending money to a friend or family member, it’s easy to do with Cash App. All you have to do is enter the amount, and you can either enter their phone number or their name. You can also add a label, like “gas money.”
- Requesting money from friends and family. If you’re requesting money from someone, they’ll get a notification on their phone. They can transfer the money to you as a cash transfer, or as a bank transfer.
- Paying for items with the swipe of a finger. When using Cash App to pay for items, you can do so with the swipe of a finger. You just need to enter the amount of the purchase, scan the QR code, and confirm the purchase.
